1. PROST Wine Bar & Charcuterie – Frankenmuth, MI

If you’ve never been to PROST in Frankenmuth, Michigan- go. Immediately.

This cozy Frankenmuth wine bar is one of my personal favorite places for a date night with my husband or my best friends. It has the perfect ambiance for a romantic evening with just the right vibe- and is a top pick for marriage proposals and anniversaries.

My go-to cocktails? The Lavendula and the Sunburnt Siesta (pictured above) — both my favorites- are refreshing, floral, and beautifully balanced. You can check out their cocktail menu here.

The food? Amazing!

• The bacon-wrapped water chestnuts are an appetizer I dream about every day- pictured above.

• The BLT (pictured below) was, no exaggeration, the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my entire 41 years of life. It has avacado in it too- Yum!

• And if you love a good charcuterie, their charcuterie boards are stunning, delicious, and beautifully presented- I recommend the Prost Favorites Board.

  

They often have live music, and you can find their music calendar on their website. I have some of my own photos I’ll be sharing on social — because yes, it’s that good.

2. Café Rhema – Downtown Flint

Are you more of a morning person than a cocktail person? Then skip the traditional candlelight dinner and consider something totally different and earlier in the day — a coffee shop proposal. The pictures are guaranteed to be stunning, especially if you bring a photographer to capture your date at Café Rhema in downtown Flint.

The vibe is vintage, charming, and beaming with character. It’s ideal for a quiet moment with your favorite person, and the food and drinks are delicious. I’m especially in love with their strawberry waffles and hot lattes.

3. The Station 100 – Frankenmuth, MI

If you’re looking for somewhere elevated and luxurious, and also local to us at Celestial Farms, The Station 100 in Frankenmuth is an excellent choice. I haven’t personally been yet (it’s on my date-night list!), but just take a look at their website and you’ll see why I'm excited to visit— white tablecloths, gourmet entrées, and a fine dining experience that feels indulgent and memorable which suits any special occasion.

The Station 100 serves up quite an impressive European-inspired menu with Michigan-sourced ingredients, and offer wine pairings with each course — perfect for a romantic dinner or an intimate rehearsal meal for a smaller group for a fun night in Frankenmuth.

4. The Agitated Grape – Davison, MI

This gem is a little more casual, super fun, female owned, and totally unique. The Agitated Grape in downtown Davison is a wine bar with crafted cocktails, great food and personality — and it’s a great place to relax and celebrate with friends or family for any occasion.

My favorite cocktail? The Orange Creamsicle. It’s dreamy.

They also serve delicious pizzas (my favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza), burgers, and bar favorites that don’t disappoint. But what really sets them apart is the experience and ambiance:
