RSVP and guest policies

Venue Amenities

  • Our venue is climate controlled year round for maximum comfort

  • We have 5 guest restrooms (2 wheelchair accessible):

    • 2 restrooms located in the barn

    • 3 restrooms located in the building next to the pavilion

  • Our septic system requires that only toilet paper be flushed - please use trash cans for all other items
     

Safety & Supervision

  • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times - no exceptions

    • The pond and waterfall are off limits

    • Children are not permitted to roam the property unsupervised

  • Only Celestial Farms staff may maintain the fire pit and patio heaters

    • Guests may not add wood to the fire

    • Guests may not touch patio heating equipment

  • Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area with proper cigarette disposal

  • No pets allowed
     

Alcohol & Bar Service

  • Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited - all alcohol must be served by our licensed bartender

    • Violation of this policy will result in removal from the property

  • No shots or straight liquor permitted - mixed drinks only

  • Silent last call is at 9:45 PM

  • Celestial Farms reserves the right to stop serving any person at any time
     

Entertainment & Hours

  • Music ends at 10:30 PM

  • How many guests can Celestial Farms accommodate?
    Celestial Farms can comfortably host weddings of up to 150 guests.
  • Is the venue available year-round?
    Yes, our modern barn is climate-controlled, making it perfect for weddings in any season.
  • Are there getting-ready spaces available on-site?
    Yes, we provide a dressing suite for the wedding party to prepare on the day of the event.
  • Can we bring our own vendors?
    While we have a list of preferred vendors, including bartending partners, you're welcome to bring in your own vendors. We're happy to work with your chosen professionals to ensure a seamless event.
  • Is there parking available on-site?
    Yes, Celestial Farms offers ample on-site parking for your guests.
  • Are there accommodations for guests with mobility issues?
    Absolutely. We have six restrooms on the property, two of which are wheelchair accessible. Our venue is designed to be inclusive and comfortable for all guests.
